Yoga Teacher Training

Self- Paced Modules: Learn the foundations of the therapeutic side of yoga on demand, including Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yang (Flow) Yoga, Somatics, and Yoga Nidra, alongside the subtle body and yoga philosophy

Mentorship: Enjoy 10 hours of live group mentorship to integrate principles and check in with progress guided by Tamika Caston-Miller | Dates: Sep. 12, 26, Oct. 10, 24, Nov. 7

Practicum: 10 hours (Practice teaching & Personal Practice with Mentors)

After successful completion and verification of all requirements, you will:

• receive references as requested to local yoga studios

• have access to teaching on the Ashe Yoga Collective platform, if desired

• be supported with continuing community and optional education opportunities

• be able to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT200

• be eligible to register for The Teachers Lab 300 HR to continue your journey to RYT500

Cancellations/Refund Policy:

Upon receiving an acceptance email, the applicant will be charged a deposit or in full based on the request of the applicant. The deadline to pay in full is 4 weeks prior to the start date of training.

If applicant withdraws from the program after acceptance, but before the program starts, $1000 from applicant’s deposit amount will be retained by the program. However, $500 may be applied towards a future training program.

The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
